Max`s love of travel began as an adventure tour leader, escorting small groups off the beaten track in the Middle East and Asia still her favourite region of the world. This passion and experience lead to her designing similar tours to numerous destinations throughout the world, including `Volunteer Tours`; here her experiences included building desks for schools and working in an Elephant Sanctuary in Kenya, constructing compost toilets for the Inca Trail porter`s families in Peru and teaching English to novice Monks in Thailand.
